JAIMS is a non-profit educational institution that develops 'knowledge leaders.' JAIMS (pronounced 'James') is an acronym for Japan-America Institute of Management Science. It helps students develop their global mindset, intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and phronetic leadership skills (i.e., leadership via 'practical wisdom') through academic and short-term programs.
