ABOUT Junior League Of Stamford-norwalk Inc.

Founded in 1923, Junior League of Stamford-Norwalk (JLSN) Inc a USA based non-profit women's organization, solely committed to promoting voluntarism and thus through the effective action and leadership improving the potential of women as well as improving the entire community in a charitable way in Stamford, Norwalk and the entire surrounding towns. Led by President Angelica Oxford, their current project include 'Diaper Co-Op' by JLSN which intends improve the concept of healthy family. In 2008 the Diaper co-op was established to ensure the ample supply of diapers for the infants and toddlers of the family and moreover to raise a public awareness. They have also in their agenda to fight with childhood obesity by providing health nutrition and general awareness. Besides, the initiative of 'Building Healthy Families' is boosting their noble mission and providing strength for better work.
