Japan Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Association or the JPMMA is the only packaging machinery association in Japan established in the year 1967. Situated at Tokyo in Japan, it aims at the development of the packaging machinery industry of Japan. Thus its objective is to have a positive influence on the economic and social advancement of the country. They conduct researches on the various types of packing machineries and other equipments. They also carry out various educational programs on the preservation and safety of these machines and encourage people to take up this profession. They also gather any packing related information and disseminate among the individuals. Running under the Chairman and the President Mr. Ryuichi Ishida, it also proudly organizes the Japan International Packaging Machinery Show called The Japan Pack which is an important show in its domain.
