Kentucky Association of Milk, Food, and Environmental Sanitarians is a non profit organization not for financial purposes, whose aim is to provide specialized training and information, and promote public health for industries and supporting operations. Its membership is open to all individuals who are working in environmental health professions and the encouragement of public health. KAMFES is stimulating with existing regulations which ensure to protect the public and provide a safe food supply. KAMFES is helpful in maintaining situation that all milk and milk products offered for sale or public consumption must be destroy certain enzymes present in milk that complies with all state, federal, and local regulations.
