ABOUT Korean Information and Communications Society

Based in Seoul, Korea, Korean Information and Communications Society, also known as KICS is the leading institute for professionals and specialists in the field of communications technology. Established on 19 October, 1974, this not for profit organization plays a key role in generating progressive developments in the fields of communications and science. Striking many vital international partnerships with many prestigious institutions, KICS is currently operating under the leadership of its President, Mr. Kim Eun soo. This organization has also held various conferences, seminars, symposia and so on for the furthering its aims of developing the scientific and communications sector. One of its earliest conferences being the International Conference on ICT Convergence while the International Conference on Photonics in Switching is an upcoming conference scheduled to be held shortly.
