ABOUT Linguistic Society of America

The Linguistic Society of America also known as LSA, located in Washington DC, United States, is the hub for the advance scientific study of language. Set up in 1924, the sole purpose of this organization is to propagate linguistic scholarship, and encourage research to scientific education, resolving every issue concerned with language.LSA is the biggest professional linguistic society that greets and invites linguists from the US and all over the world, with a view to amplify the scope for the scientific study of language. The maneuvering activity of LSA is headed under its current president Ms. Sandra Chung, who understands the essence of language in human life. Having conducted in the past various successful events, LSA is looking forward to conduct its future events like its signature annual meeting and more.
