ABOUT Mersin University

Mersin University is a state university established in the year 1992 and situated in the Mersin province of Turkey. The University comprises of 25,000 students, 1,405 academic staff and many foreign and guest academic staff also and 11 faculties of study. Mersin University’s mission is to use their knowledge for the benefit of all humanity and its vision is to spread the light of science, scientific research and education everywhere. Its motto is “Light of the World University of Science and Modernity”. Students are attracted towards the campus facilities provided by the university. The college provides Laboratory facility, Library facility, Sports facility like- taekwondo, basketball, football, volleyball, badminton etc and the university also provides health service facility. They also provide other services like- cafeteria, housing, meeting rooms, crèche and kindergarten, psychological counseling and guidance, shopping and transportation.
