ABOUT Miami Book Fair International

Deemed as the largest and the most ancient book fair in the world, Miami Book Fair International (MBFI) is a book lover's delight. Founded in 1984 by the Miami Dale College and the community partners, it was initially named as 'Books By The Way'. The fair is organized by the organizing committee led by a Board of Directors which is steered by the Chairperson of MBFI, Mr. Mitchell Kaplan. This 7 days literary extravaganza comprises of various popular sub-events which draw book lovers from far and wide; some of these are 'The Comic Galaxy', 'Arts the Fair', 'Celebrating Mexico', 'Street Fair' and many more. Miami Book Fair International is a rendezvous of esteemed literati from across the world and aims to promote reading books as a means for the advancement of literature.
