Minnesota Council of Teachers of Mathematics , Minnesota Council of Teachers of Mathematics was established to provide an opportunity for all students towards teaching and learning of mathematics. The objectives of MCTM are to encourage research and creative teaching strategies to solve out the problems related to mathematical education at primary, secondary, and college levels in Minnesota and all over the globe.
