Born in the year 1960, the Northern Illinois Rifle & Pistol Club, also abbreviated as NIRPC, is a well-known not-for-profit organization that is located in Illinois, USA. Established with an aim to generate an awareness regarding the safe handling and maintenance of firearms among the community people, it also strives to encourage them for an organized pistol, rifle and shotgun shooting. It also seeks to promote related camps by assisting the Boy Scouts and other self-help groups. The president of the NIRPC is Mr. Fred Allsen and its Chairman is Mr. Bob Biermann. This premier club holds the its meeting on first Monday of each month and also a number of special events for the club members. Apart from these events, it also organizes hugely popular show, the Gun & Knife Show on a regular basis with one of this show coming up.
