The Offshore/Onshore Technologies Association of Nova Scotia (OTANS) is the not-for-profit industry organization for Eastern Canada's oil and gas industry. OTANS hosts the Canadian Offshore Resources Exhibition and Conference in Halifax. his is an annual gathering of decision makers and experts in the oil and gas industry. Its purpose is to identify, promote and support the development of opportunities in hydrocarbon and associated energy industries.
