Located in Marlborough in New Zealand, the Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre or the Omaka AHC was established officially in the year 2006. Previously being known as Marlborough Warbirds Association and Marlborough Aviation Cluster, it was opened to approve the role of air planes in history and also to make people recognize their importance in future. It aims to act as the ultimate place where people would come to view these exquisite and rare pieces of vintage aircrafts in display .They also arrange for special shows making people aware of the aircrafts used in the great wars of human history. Captained by the Chief Executive Officer Mrs. Jane Orphan, they organize an exhibition called the Knights of the Sky which display the largest collections of aircrafts used in the World War 1 and also those which are still airworthy.
