ABOUT Open University Of Japan (OUJ)

Established in 1983, The Open University of Japan is the largest institution of distance education committed to all people of Japan for providing education. OUJ offer lifelong learning through the use of effective media and other online tools for providing education. The purpose of this Open University is to offer a platform for the higher education institutions who want to obtain higher education through broadcast media and other means of education. OUJ deliver lectures by the experts in the field using the digital broadcasting and satellite broadcasting with high-definition. It also deals with the international activities like seminars, annual meetings, workshops etc. Recently, OUJ had organized an annual conference in September 2011 in Penang, Malaysia.
