ABOUT Pacific Asia Travel Association

Established in the year 1951, the Pacific Asia Travel Association, also known as PATA, is a leading organization for the travel and tourism sectors in the entire Asia Pacific region. Based in Thailand, the main office of this organization is located in Bangkok while it also has its presence in countries worldwide like in Australia, North America, Europe and China. Moving ahead with its mission to bring about an all round development in the travel and tourism industry of Asia Pacific, this organization has established valuable ties with the private and public sector members to assist the industry in taking a route of sustainable progress. Led by the Chairman, Mr. Hiran Cooray and the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Martin Craigs, this organization in line to organize the PATA Responsible Tourism Forum and PATA Travel Mart shortly.
