Established in the year 1987, the Pacific Business & Law Institute, also known as PBLI, is the largest independent research and conference organization based in Western Canada primarily dealing with Aboriginal law, treaty making and other important issues throwing an impact on the First Nations and the governments of Canada. Headquartered in Vancouver, this company is currently under the leadership of its CEO, Pauline Cusack.
