Panamanian Chamber of Construction (CAPAC), A union bound, which holds its leadership in the construction industry in September 1961, a group of engineers and contractors engaged in construction industry, founded an organization that ensure the interests of professional and sector companies, thus was born what is now known as Panamanian Chamber of Construction (CAPAC).
