Polish Society for Cell Biology commonly known as PTBK is one of the most important research centers that is devoted solely to the research and studies in the field of the cell in Poland. This association was founded in the year of 1993 by initiative group, an assemblage of people from the field of Cell Biology. The aim of this association is to foster the importance of proper legal foundation for every practitioner in the field of cell biology. Dr Hab Alice Jozkowicz is the president of this organization. The main office of this association is situated in Krakow, Poland. European Meeting for Vascular Biology and Medicine and National Congress of Biochemistry and Cell Biology are some of the conferences that would be organized by this association in the near future.
