Founded in the year 1868 RICS, or the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors is prime professional organization based in the UK that deals with various qualifications and standards in the field of real estate, property and construction. Headquartered in London, this organization comprises of more than 100, 000 members coming from 146 countries across the world. Currently operating under the leadership of its President, Mr. Robert Peto, this organization is also well known for conducting a large number of specialized conferences, educational seminars, highly engaging workshops and events that aim to promote the property and land sector by bringing together experts and professionals from this field to a common ground for interaction.
