Russian Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, also known abbreviated as RAAPA, is one of the prime organizations in the world that deals with industry of amusement parks and such other recreational zones. This organization came into being in the year 1995 and since then it has been consistently promoting the interests of its member base comprising of over 250 companies involved with manufacturing, supply and distribution of various equipments, products and services for the amusement industry companies based in Russia, CIS countries and also in countries abroad. Headquartered in Moscow, this organization is currently being led by its President, Mr. Gnezdilov Vladimir Alexeevich. With respect to its mission, RAAPA also organizes two hugely popular shows apart from various conferences and seminars. These are the Amusement Rides and Entertainment Equipment Expo and Moscow Autumn Trade Show.
