ABOUT Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences

Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences is an integrated information system of the Siberian Branch Project. Mikhail Lavrentyev was the founder and the first Chairman of the Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Scinces. Systemization of the informational resources and development of a distributed informational system are the goals with which the Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences works. Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences was constituted in the year 1957 by Mikhail Lavrentyev in Moscow. It mainly tries to integrate the various scientific research bodies all over Russia so that a comprehensive research and academic platform can be constituted. International Conference on Salt Lakes, the Breeding and Genetic Resource and BGRS were the conferences organized by Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences.
