ABOUT SEINFRA

The SEINFRA was created by Law No. 12961 of November 3, 1999, in the process of Administrative Reform of the State Government, which abolished the Departments of Urban Development and Environment - SDU and Transport, Energy, Communication and Works - Setec and authorized the termination of the Housing Company of Ceara - COHAB and Urban Development Superintendency of Ceara - SEDURB.
