ABOUT Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz

Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz is one of the most recognized and famous centers of learning in the Middle East. The earliest center of the current university was founded in the year 1955 as the Jundi Shapur University. In the year 1986, this organization acquired its current form, by separating off into a self governing organization. The main office of this premier educational hub is located in Ahvaz, Khuzestan, Iran. 13 colleges are accommodated by this university. Professor Zargar Shooshtari is the President of this university. The aim of this university is to propagate excellent learning in the nation and beyond. Middle East Drying Conference is one of the events that would be organized by this institution of higher education.
