ABOUT Siberian Federal University

Siberian Federal University, also known as SFU, was founded on the 28th of November, 2006 by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. Located in Krasnoyarsk, Russia, this university has committed itself to attain the status of a centre of excellence with the best of facilities and a global environment that would contribute to the welfare of Siberia. This university is currently operating under the leadership of its Rector Mr. Eugene A. Vaganov and has been making constant efforts to improve the scope of research in the country. Having organized successful conferences like the International Conference on Resource Economics, Environmental Economics and Climate Change in this direction, SFU has the Siberian conference SIBCON and the International Congress and Exhibition on Non Ferrous Metals lined up for future.
