ABOUT Southern African Association For Energy Efficiency

Since its inception in the year 2002 as one of the global chapters of the American Association of Energy Engineers, or AEE, the Southern African Association for Energy Efficiency, also known as SAEE is a dynamic resource for information in the areas of energy efficiency, facility management, utility deregulation, plant engineering, and environmental compliance and other related fields. The main office of this premier organization is located in Potchefstroom in South Africa and the President of this organization is Prof L.J. Grobler. Supporting the sector through enabling the building up of networks and by being the primary source for information in this sector, this association also organizes various conferences, seminars and such other programs. The Southern African Energy Efficiency Convention is one of the major conferences organized by this association.
