ABOUT Spices Board India

Spices Board India is the face and the voice of the spice industry of India. The aim of this organization is to improve and globally endorse the Indian spices as well as act as worldwide connection amongst the Indian exporters plus the overseas importers. In the year 1986 this organization, which is a self governing entity, was formed. The Cardamom Board and Spices Export Promotion Council united together to form this organization. The main office of this association, which is an enterprise of the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India is situated in Cochin, Kerala, India. Dr. A. Jayathilak IAS is the Chairman of this organization. World Spice Congress is one of the many events that will be organized by this association. This organization also engages itself with many economic, technological and scientific researches for advanced production techniques.
