Sri Lankan Association For Psychology, Counselling And Psychotherapy, also known by its abbreviated form, SLAPCAP, is a premier organization that represents the professionals associated with the profession of psychotherapy, psychological counseling and allied branches of psychology. The main office of this organization is located in Wattala, Sri Lanka and at present it is being led by its President, Dr. H R S Keerthisinghe. This premier association offers its valued support through psychotherapy, counseling, rehabilitation, research, documentation, propagation of information and awareness on psychology, counseling, psychotherapy and related streams. In keeping with its mission, SLAPCAP organizes various conferences, seminars, symposia and so on. The International Conference on Psychology and Allied Professions is one of the major conferences to be organized by this leading association.
