ABOUT Suncoast Chapter Of Community Associations Institute, CAI

Suncoast Chapter of Community Associations Institute is shortly known as CAI. It is a non-profit community forum established in the year 1973 in order to foster vibrant, responsive, competent community associations that is dedicated and aim to promote harmony and synchrony through responsible leadership for community service. The national office of this forum is based at Virginia. As part of its community service CIA publishes books, common ground magazines, guides, seven exclusive newsletters to intra and inter communications between members and concerned communities. CAI has excellent expertise in organizing workshops, conferences, seminars as its community events. Presently the President of this forum is Mr. Lee Martino. Suncoast Chapter Tradeshow and CA Day & Trade Show are some of the popular community events of this forum.
