ABOUT Taiwan Design Center

Established in the year 2004, the Taiwan Design Center, also known as TDS, is an organization which was set up with the mission to create the image of Taiwan as a thriving center of design talent of global repute by promoting the innovative ingenuity of Taiwanese designers, by improving the field of international design exchanges and by increasing market competitiveness of Taiwanese industries. Headquartered in Taipei, this organization is currently being led by its CEO, Mr. Tony K.M. Chang. Instrumental in bringing a revival in the design industry of Taiwan, this organization focuses on activities such as strategizing national design policies, developmental research, and assisting small as well as large enterprises. In keeping with its mission, this organization arranges the IDA Congress Education Conference.
