ABOUT Tendring District Council

Tendring District Council, also known as TDS, is the main governing body of the Tendring District, located in the Essex region of East England. The main office of the council is situated in Clacton on Sea and it is currently under the leadership of its Chairman, Mr. Alan Goggin and its Chief Executive, Mr. John Hawkins. This council is wholly committed to maintaining a sustainable and constantly developing environment within all the communities in the region, focusing mainly on improving the local economy by utilizing the opportunities for progress, amplifying inward investments and restoring the rural economy provide better job prospects. Concentrating on 11 service areas, this council has been working relentlessly for the holistic well being of its community. TDS also organizes the hugely popular CLACTON AIR SHOW as one of its activities.
