ABOUT Tomsk IEEE Chapter & Student Branch

Tomsk IEEE Chapter and Student Branch is a major offshoot of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, also abbreviated as IEEE. This chapter was established in the year 2000 with the aim of promoting the IEEE through various activities such as organizing highly specialized and educational conferences, symposia and technical seminars singularly as well as with the help of joint collaborations. Currently being led by its Chairman, Mr. Oleg Stukach, the headquarters of this chapter is located in Tomsk, Russia. One of the most successful conferences of this chapter is SIBCON that is held in frequent intervals. The International Siberian Conference on Control and Communications SIBCON and Tomsk IEEE seminar on Systems of modeling, development and control are its upcoming attractions.
