ABOUT Toyo University

Toyo University is one of the most renowned institutions of learning in the entire nation of Japan. The origins of this university can be traced to the year 1887, when Dr. Enryo Inoue established a private academy of philosophy named Shiritsu Tetsugakukan, which was the predecessor of this university. The main campus of this university is situated in Tokyo, Japan apart from the several branches in places like Bunkyo, Asaka, Kawagoe, and Itakura. Mr. Makio Takemura is the President and Professor of this University. This university aims to bring forth a substantial development in education and instigate various innovative researches in the fields that are related to philosophy, religion, ethics, education, Japanese, classical Chinese, literature, economics, law, sociology, engineering, business administration, regional development studies and life sciences. International Seminar on Bioscience and Nanotechnology is one of the many events that are organized by this university.
