ABOUT Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore

The Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, or UNICATT, is widely recognized as the largest Catholic university in Europe. Founded by a catholic priest, Father Agostino Gemelli, this organization started operating in the year 1921 and is currently being headed by its Rector, Prof. Lorenzo Ornaghi. Being a seat of learning that boasts of global recognition, this university echoes the catholic values that are in accordance with the teachings of the Gospel. This university has a widespread presence in Italy with its offices in Milan, Brescia, Piacenza Cremona, Rome and Campobasso.
