ABOUT Virginia Tech, Center for Organizational and Technological Advancement

Virginia Tech established the Center for Organizational and Technological Advancement in 1994 to foster best practices and innovation across professions and sectors - private, university, government, and nonprofit business, industry, K-12 and post-secondary education, government, and nonprofit. The Center administers a small grant program to support program development and conferences at the HRCC. It provides unique leadership development opportunities in conjunction with Virginia Tech faculty and Center Fellows. The Center is uniquely qualified to lead in the development of leaders, organizations, and communities. The Center supports Communities through Leadership Development and University Community Engagement Programmes. Its aim is to Transforming leaders, organizations and Communities to complete in a global Economy.
