Business Visitors : 10.00 am to 4.00 pm General Visitors : 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm FACILITIES AND SERVICES Restaurants & Snack Bar, Public Phone, Travel Agency, First Aid, Courier Service, Seminar Hall, Photocopying, Email & Browsing Centre, Services, Information Centre & Toilets. STALL CONSTRUCTION Back drop and Side paneling to a height of 2.4 mtrs. Fascia with participant name. Synthetic carpet laid for stalls and Aisles. Spotlights and one 5 amps. Plug point.
Note: Service Tax @ 12.36% , Service Tax Regn. No. AABCT8763BST001 Minimum area to be booked 36 Sq.mtrs for Barespace. Payment in favour of “ Triune Exhibitors Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore” (Cheque or DD only) ELECTRICAL POWER: Available at 230 V Single Phase and 400 V. Three phase A.C. 50 Cycles. Charges as additional requirement per HP on chargeable basis, these charges are subject to revision. The Organiser will provide Electricity at a Suitable point in the Stand. Internal distributions to the Machinery/Equipment will have to be arranged by the Exhibitors Electrical Contractor at their own cost. 1.) Indian Exhibitor - Rs.2,000/- Per HP 2.) Foreign Exhibitors US $ 60/- Per HP COMPRESSED AIR: Compressed air connection shall be provided at an extra cost of 1) Indian Exhibitors - Rs 10000 per connection. 2) Foreign Exhibitors - US$ 260 per connection. APPLICATION AND PAYMENT: Registrants are required to use the application and Brochure form and abide by PLASTASIA-2010, Rules and Regulations as specified below: The prospective Exhibitor should apply on Application Form for Participation together with payment. Allotment will be on 'first-come-first served' basis, subject to receipt of all payments. DD/Cheque should only be drawn in favour of "M/s TRIUNE EXHIBITORS PVT. LTD., Bangalore". FOREIGN EXHIBITORS: Instructions to remit from abroad in US Dollars
Please stress that your reference number, if any, must be mentioned to facilitate quick identification. RULES & REGULATIONS ORGANISER: Reserves the right to reallocate space, change the layout, add or delete corridors in space plans - which may affect the orientation of some EXHIBITORS. The decision shall be final. The organiser also reserves the right to turn down application for participation or even deny participation to Exhibitors already confirmed. All the payments are to be made latest by 30th November 2009. The booking of the stall/open space is liable to be cancelled if full payment is not received by the above date. In case the booking is cancelled by the Exhibitor, booking amount paid shall stand forfeited. The Exhibitors shall not organize concurrent show outside of PLASTASIA-2010 in Bangalore during the PLASTASIA-2010. The organisers will do their level best to ensure supply by the authorized contractors, but shall in no circumstance the Organiser will be responsible if such services cease to exist due to loss or damage. EXHIBITOR: The Company enters into a contract, with the Organiser upon submission of this document. The Company (Proposed Exhibitor) agrees to participate at the Exhibition PLASTASIA-2010 and abide by the regulations and by-laws, handed out to the company, before the Exhibition. Upon any breach of contract by the company (Proposed Exhibitor) the company is liable to pay the space rentals in full, to the Organiser. EXHIBITOR ENTRY PASSES Each exhibitor shall receive two free exhibitor entry passes per 9 sq.mtrs booked by the Exhibitors for entry of their Personnel manning the Stalls during the exhibition period. In order to issue these passes well in advance it is essential that Names of the persons manning the stall should be sent to the Organisers. SALE OF EXHIBITS: Sales are not allowed during the Exhibition. However negotiations for sale may be conducted. Removal of any Exhibit during the Exhibition period is also prohibited. HANDLING OF EXHIBITS, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT: Services for handling, Clearing and forwarding would be available at the Exhibition Grounds at extra cost. The Organiser would appoint Clearing and Forwarding Agents for PLASTASIA - 2010 who would assist in handling and completing Customer formalities. If required, Exhibitor would be required to contact them directly for such assistance. Movement of Exhibits in the Exhibition Ground by agencies other than the Official Clearing and Forwarding Agents is prohibited. TRANSPORT DOCUMENTS Participants shall take care to see that the transport documents of exhibits are full and complete to satisfy the statutory requirements of sales tax, central excise and customs to avoid any difficulties en route. The exhibits should be consigned in the name of the participants themselves or their local agents and not in the name of the Organisers. ENTRY OF EXHIBITS Exhibitor registration and Entry of Exhibits will be permitted only after making 100% payment for all charges. Dates for : Stall Possession (Bare Space) : 23rd February 2010 at 10.00 am Stall Possession (Shell Type) :25rd February 2010 at 10.00 am SEMINAR HALLS Halls are available at extra charges. Opportunity to market your Product and Technology, Promoters can have their video, audio presentation and technical talk. Halls are booked on First come first served basis POSSESSION Possession of the stall will be given to the Exhibitor one day prior to the opening of the Exhibition. The Exhibitor is not allowed to encroach on aisles or open space outside his stall. REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS: Exhibition participants will remove all the display materials only on 1st March 2010 after 6 pm onwards and before 8 am on 2nd March 2010. Organiser will not be responsible if Exhibitor fails to comply with, condition enumerated in the Exhibitor's Manual. DAMAGES TO THE EXHIBITION GROUND: Exhibitor must not make any damage to the floor or structure. In case of damage the cost specified by the Organiser will have to be paid within two days from the date of closure of the Exhibition. The Organiser reserves the right to seize and/or retain the exhibitor's property in case of non-fulfillment of their contractual obligation. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any damage caused to exhibits, which are taken in seizure. STAND MAINTENANCE: No painting or use of nails/screws on the laminated panels will be allowed. Drawing pins or adhesive tapes could however be used. CANCELLATION: For cancellations or withdrawals from participation if any ,the following schedule is applicable: By August 15th 2009 - 50% of the participation expenses will be refunded By October 15th 2009 - 25% of the participation expenses will be refunded After December 15th 2009 - 100% of the participation expenses will be forfeited INSURANCE: Against all ascertainable risks from transportation to display and removal should be done by the Exhibitors at their own cost. Organiser will in no way be responsible. Participants will insure their Exhibits against loss, damage, theft, fire etc., They will also ensure third party insurance for the total duration. SECURITY: The Organiser will be providing GENERAL SECURITY in the Exhibition Hall from - 26th Feb 1st March 2010 only. If required, exclusive security guards can be provided at extra charges during installation and removal of exhibits. The Exhibition Hall will be closed every day from 26 Feb -1st March at 8.00 pm and opened every morning at 10.00 am in the presence of 10 participants every day. PHOTOGRAPHY: The Organiser reserves the right to photograph any exhibit for their use. FORCE MAJEURE: If the exhibition is abandoned, cancelled or suspended in whole or in part by reason of war, fire, nature calamity, national emergency, labor dispute, the non-availability of exhibition premises or any other cause not within the control of the Organiser, the Organiser may, at their entire discretion, repay the Participation Expenses paid by the Exhibitor or part thereof, but shall be under no obligation to repay any part of such. Participation Expenses and shall be under no liability in respect of any actions, claims or losses. ALTERATIONS OF SPACE ALLOTED: In special cases the Organisers reserves the right to modify stall dimensions, and/or allot a stall of plus or minus 1 sqm area. Allotment of stall locations will be made by the Space Allocation Committee. No change of location will be allowed. No special preference will be considered. Allocation Committee's decision will be final. GENERAL RULE: In addition to the above, the Exhibitor will have to abide by general rules of India Trade Promotion Organisation (formerly TFAI) for safety and maintenance as well as for aesthetic appeal. AGREEMENTS, PERMISSIONS: All verbal agreements, permissions, individual approvals or special authorization shall be deemed to be valid only if confirmed in writing by the Organisers. All decision will be subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction only. |
