Business Timing
The show opens at 11:00 am and closes at 8:00 pm on both days of the show.

Public Timing
On Friday, the 25th-from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
On Saturday, the 26th-from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Floor Plan

The Grand Ballroom
The Westin Hotel Seattle boasts of a fully equipped business center along with a grand ballroom which acts as meeting place.
The Grand ballroom covers an area of 18,031 square feet and can accommodate a large number of guests.

Zones & Pavillioins

The various zones and pavilions of this event are:

1. Two-day Exhibitor Showcase zone.
2. Presentation of official race merchandise.
3. Registration or Bib and Chip Pickup zone.
4. Goody Bag and Shirt Pickup zone.
5. Volunteer Signup zone.

Travel Information

By Road
Seattle has a well developed network of roads and freeways.
Visitors can travel by rental cars to reach the venue.

By Aeroplane
The closest international airport is the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
Visitors can avail of shuttle services or travel by taxi.
Those travelling by cabs must take the Interstate 90 to I-5 North to reach the venue.

By Local Transport
The Amtrak and Greyhound bus companies sun buses that travel to almost all parts of the city.
King County Metro services present an efficient means of transport for a large number of tourists.

By Train
Visitors traveling by train can alight at the King Street Station in Seattle.
From the station, cabs and buses are easily available.
