Sewing Machine Traders Association Singapore (SMTAS) was founded in 1983 and this year marks its 23rd anniversary. The association was formed to provide a platform for exchange of information and views among garment equipment traders in Singapore, and also to enhance good relations among traders in the sewing machine trade.
