Conference Speakers’ Dinner - Wednesday 23 September 2009
The Conference Speakers’ Dinner is an occasion for the conference chairmen and speakers to network with fellow industry colleagues over a pleasant dinner on the first evening before the event. The Sponsor is invited to say a few words of welcome to the guests. The Conference Speakers’ Dinner takes place at the Official Hotel. All arrangements are taken care of by the organisers. Sponsorship is GBP3,695.

Event Name Badge Lanyards
All event participants are given a name badge at registration. Attached to the name badge is a lanyard worn by all participants. Your company’s colour logo will be exclusively printed on the length of the lanyard in a highly visible format. Sponsorship is GBP3,695. This does not include nametag sponsorship.

Event Name Tags
All event participants are given an identification name tag. Your company’s colour logo will be exclusively printed in full colour across the front of all name tags distributed to every event participant throughout the event. Sponsorship is GBP3,695. This does not include lanyard sponsorship.

Conference CD ROM
All conference delegates are given a set of conference papers on CD-ROM. Sponsorship of the CD ROM’s includes printing your latest colour logo across the CD ROM front covers plus your latest colour brochure included in the CD ROMs together with all benefits in the introduction. Sponsorship is GBP3,695.

Exhibition WiFi Internet
An effective way of always being in touch is to have the facility to check your emails and give on-line demonstrations to clients inside the Exhibition throughout the event. Sponsorship of the Exhibition WiFi Internet costs GBP3,695 and includes all benefits in the introduction.

Brochure Distribution with the Conference Delegates’ CD ROM
An effective method of guaranteeing that all conference delegates receive a copy of your latest colour brochure is to have your brochure distributed personally by our event staff at the Event Registration Desk. Cost for guaranteed brochure distribution to every conference participant is GBP1,895.

Conference and Exhibition Directional Signage
Your company’s latest full colour logo is exclusively printed across the front of all directional signages throughout the Exhibition and Conference. Sponsorship is GBP3,695.

Company Banners or Posters
Your company can have 3 full-sized indoor banners positioned in high traffic areas i.e. in front of the Event Registration Desk, outside the Conference hall and inside the Exhibition area. Sponsorship is GBP3,695 per 3 banners.

Welcome Reception - Wednesday 23 September 2009
The Welcome Reception is first of three evening social functions at the Official Hotel. All participants and spouses enjoy the opportunity to network with fellow industry colleagues and friends during a relaxed sociable evening with food, drinks and entertainment. The Sponsor is invited to say words of welcome during the function and have marketing materials and branding throughout the function. All arrangements are taken care of by the organisers. Sponsorship is GBP4,695.

Conference Delegates’ Refreshment Breaks
During the event, refreshments will be served 3 times a day. Your company’s colour logo will be printed as a Main Sponsor in the conference brochure. Your company can display promotional banners and literature at the refreshment serving points throughout the day as well as being able to take advantage of the range of sponsorship benefits in the introduction. Sponsorship of 3 Conference Delegate Refreshment breaks per day is GBP3,695.

Conference Delegates’ Lunches

The Sponsor is invited to say a few words of welcome and have marketing materials and branding throughout the function. Arrangements are made by the event host.

Farewell Reception – Friday 25 September 2009
The Welcome Reception is third of three evening social functions. VIP’s, delegates, exhibitors and speakers have the opportunity to unwind and network with business contacts and meet industry colleagues on the last evening. The sponsor is invited to say a few words of welcome and to have merchandising and marketing materials at the function. Arrangements are made by the sponsor.
