Tex-styles India 2009 will be held at Pragati Maidan in Hall Nos. 8,9,10,11 & 12 from March 1 - 3, 2009.

25% participation fee is payable along with the Application. Balance 75% is payable by November 30, 2008. All payments are to be made by Bank Draft drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi. All banking charges, if any, are to be borne by the applicant.

Allocation of space will be made by ITPO on "First-Come-First-served" basis. Applications completed in all respect and accompanied by requisite payment will only be considered for allocation of space. Acceptance of application will be confirmed by the organiser. Space will be allocated to exhibitors/companies by name and no sub-letting will be allowed in any manner. ITPO reserves the right to select participants/exhibits to be displayed at its sole discretion.

Shell Scheme: Constructed stand, using octonorm system with carpets, will be made available to participants one day before the opening of the fair. Possession of stalls will be given against payment of all dues to ITPO. The stalls shall be constructed with perfab octonorm system with a height of 2.5 mtrs. Each panel will be 1 mtr. wide with white laminated boards.

Bare Scheme: Those companies who wish to erect their own stands will be given bare space from the afternoon of 27th February, 2009 (after approval of plans for the bare space). If an exhibitor fails to take up the stand allocated to him, ITPO reserves the right to use the stand as unoccupied as they think fit and the exhibitor shall not have any claims in this regard. The decision of ITPO will be final & binding in this regard.

Each exhibitor under shell scheme will be provided furniture (counter, round table and chairs), spot lights, power point, waste paper basket, facia, exhibitor bodge, etc. depending on the area booked. Additional furniture, stand fittings, hangers, lights, podiums and items like refrigerator, TVs, videos, mannequins, etc. can be had on rental basis.

Additional furniture, stand fittings, hangers, lights, prodiums and items like refrigerator, TVs, videos, mannequins, etc. can be had on rental basis.

ITPO will provide general security in the Halls. ITPO will not be responsible for any pilferage of exhibits, personal belongings of exhibitors like briefcases, handbags, mobile phones etc. from the individual stalls of exhibitors. Participants, if they so desire, may make their own security arrangement during the exhibition hours.

Following facilities will also be provided free of cost to participants:

No refund of participation fee will be made by ITPO. If the balance participation fee is not received by the stipulated date, ITPO shall have the right to cancel the participation and initial booking amount paid by the company will be forfeited.

Dismantling of stands will start from 7.00 PM on the last day of the Fair and the space will be vacated by the mid-night of March 3, 2009 positively failing which participants will be liable to pay double of the space rent to ITPO.

In the event of violation of these rules by any participant, ITPO shall have the right to close down the stall of the participant concerned immediately.

The decision of CMD, ITPO or his nominee shall be final and binding on the participants on the interpretation of these Rules & Regulations of participation.

Disputes, if any, arising out of participation in this fair shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi/New Delhi.
