Local Transportation of Chiang Mai:
Bus: The city buses commonly known as Pink Buses operate on five different routes in Chiang Mai. These lines connect most of the important places of the city.

Tuk Tuk: Tuk Tuk serve as Taxis in the city of Chiang Mai. These are the oldest mode of communication in the city. The fares are comparatively cheaper than hiring any car or limousine.The Tuk Tuk are available in plenty in the city of Chiang Mai. Apart from this the Tuk Tuks run on LPG and are eco friendly.
