THE BELOW GIVEN INFORMATION IS ONLY FOR EXHIBITORS WHO ARE USING SHELL SCHEME PROVIDED IN THEIR STALL PACKAGE:

* STALL SYSTEM As informed earlier in our Exhibitor Manual Exhibitors who have booked their stalls under the Shell Scheme package are reminded that the we are using Laminated Stall System & the following precautions have to be strictly followed:

a) Gun Tacker Staple Pins, Nails, Drawing Pins, Screws, Holes are strictly not allowed on the laminated panels.
b) Any pasting of Wallpaper or any kind of Poster with Glue or Feviquik or any such adhesive is not allowed.
c) Use of paints or any other non-erasable material is not allowed on the laminated panels

We suggest the following:

* For Printed Flex– Wooden Framing or hanging with paper clips from top of the panel
* For Posters – Double Sided Tapes
* Use of Solvent or Digital Self Adhesive Vinyl’s for putting up posters, designs etc
* Use of Hooks from top for hanging of Heavy Posters

Any damage to the panels for non-compliance of the above rules will attract a penalty of Rs.1500 for 1mt
& Rs.1000 fro 0.5mt panels by the official contractor.

ATTACHED PLEASE FIND THE SIZES OF THE PANELS OF 1MT & 0.5 MT WHICH WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE CONTARCTOR FOR YOUR REFERENCE & TO HELP YOU DESIGN YOUR BOOTH.
