The attendees of the Tawdheef(The Recruitment Show Abu Dhabi) will essentially be qualified Emirati professionals, qualified working executives and Ministry and public sector personnel. In the edition of 2011, this event attracted more than 28, 000 visitors among whom 52 percent were UAE nationals and 48 percent were Expatriates, 77 percent were young talented professionals within the age group of 21 to 35 and 69 percent were male and 31 percent were female. The attendees who are generally from Emirates are generally owners of educational or training institutes, students, employees looking for skill development courses, fresh graduates looking for jobs, HR managers and Directors of companies. In the last edition, the attendees of this event were able to meet around 71 companies having around 2,500 vacancies.
Tawdheef(The Recruitment Show Abu Dhabi) will be host to exhibitors from the sectors of telecom, IT, media, event management, investment, transport, logistics, trade, retail, wholesale, tourism, health and insurance, energy, oil and gas, defense, safety and security, government and social services, banks and financial institutions, recruitment, consultancy, industries, manufacturing and maintenances. The exhibitors of this event will be able to connect with a large number of Emirati job seekers and thus they will be able present their Emiratisation program to a specific group of attendees. Some of the past exhibitors of the event include Abu Dhabi Airports Company, Emirates Aluminum, First Gulf Bank and many more.
