| Bluebonnet air show is one of the major air shows of the region and a major fundraiser for maintaining vintage aircraft. The event is organized with the prime objective to acquire, restore and preserve in flying condition a complete collection of combat aircraft once flown by all military services of the United States and selected aircraft of other nations for the education and enjoyment of Americans. Bluebonnet air show also seeks to raise money to provide museum buildings for the permanent protection and display of these aircraft. Besides its philanthropic ambitions the air show also brings forth an exciting ground display of these vintage aircrafts together with a thrilling display of aerial daredevilry. |
