| Cien is an event which caters exclusively to the electronics industry in France, drawing in more than 5000 trade visitors and over 300 exhibiting companies each year. This trade show consists of four major segments including building component and sub assemblies, production equipment, electronic manufacturing and building electronic management systems. It also enjoys the patronage and support of four important electronics unions, namely, FIEEC, GFIE, SIMTEC and SITELESC SPDE. Cien also hosts a range of theme based conferences and workshops which seek to provide visitors with updated information about current industrial trends. Also, exhibitors can close deals, participate in transactions, gain new customers and formulate strategies to retain old ones, at a single comprehensive event. |

Cien welcomes more than 5000 visitors each year including leading decision makers like CEOs, MDs, engineers, technicians, marketing managers, heads of research departments, distributors, suppliers and manufacturers of electronic equipments and parts. Of the total number of visitors, 5 percent were international attendees. Also 84 percent of the visitors stated that they were satisfied with the quality of exhibitors and the opportunities provided at the event.

Cien hosts exhibitors of components, installation and implementation systems, control systems, active and passive components, integrated electronic systems, cables, measuring equipments, software and maintenance and reconditioning systems. Nearly 300 companies exhibited their products in the previous edition of the show.
