The visitors of Expovivienda will comprise professionals from the C2 segment which is made up of young professionals, middle managers, small industrialists, traders, accountants, teachers, technicians and mid-level employees. They will be on the lookout for houses and homes valued approximately at 40,000 USD. The C3 segment will be comprised of public and private sector employees, teachers, technicians, craftsmen, artisans, retailers, vendors and sellers of Isapres AFP. There will be visitors from the profile of workers, manual workers, cleaners, low-level employees, messengers. The final category belongs to stratum E or layer E like comprising of those doing odd jobs, boyfriends, Persian trades, babysitters etc.
Expovivienda is poised to be a gala event for the exhibitors which will include professionals from over 60 companies in the real estate and construction segments, there will be professionals from the banks and financial institutions and non-banking financial institutions as well.
