1 - NAME OF THE FAIR :
Turkchem 2010 - 4th International Chemical Industry Group Exhibition

2 - PLACE AND DURATION
Shall be held between 7th OCTOBER and 10st OCTOBER 2010 at the new fair complex in the Istanbul Expo Center, at Halls 9-10. The fair will be open to visitors every day between 10:00 am and 07:00 pm.

3- EXHIBIT ARRANGEMENTS

3-1 General Terms:
The participant shall accept delivery of its rentalstand at the latest by 10:00 am on 4th October 2010 and start to work on the decoration of the subject stand. Artkim shall measure all stand areas and mark its corners on the floor before delivery to the participant. Participants may exhibit their goods and services in the space allotted to them for this purpose. Participants may not have third parties rent or use part or all of the area that has been rented to the participant. Participants may not drill holes in the floor of the area that has been rented, nor drive in nails or staples. Bally and similar pastes and glues may not be used. Participants should plan their stands so that installations are only made on site.

3-2 Layout Plan
The layout plan of the exhibition area at the fair shall be drawn up by ARTKIM FUARCILIK and organizations shall exhibit their products and services in the areas allotted to them and in keeping with the terms of this contract. Technical and commercial information on exhibited or promoted products shall be kept on hand in each company’s stand and distributed by the company’s own staff. Companies renting out neighboring stands may alter throughout the event. The participant may not hold Artkim responsible or make any claims based on such changes. Stand Arrangement and Dimensions Stand dimensions have been fixed as multiples of square meters. No exhibition or promotional material may be taken out further than a projection distance from the area that has been rented by the participant through this contract. The height of a standard stand is 248 cm. These stands shall be delivered to the participant enclosed in aluminum construction panelling. Participants using a standard stand may not hang or display any logo, letters, images or similar material other than the standard identification sign provided by ARTKIM indicating the company’s name and stand number. Participating companies shall be responsible for using the dividers provided without causing damage and shall be likewise expected to undertake decorative work on floors and walls without causing damage with nails, wall plugs and other fixtures. If a freer exhibition arrangement is desired and the standard stand is inappropriate, “the construction of surrounding and back walls” shall be the responsibility of the participant in special stands. Participants who will be designing and implementing their own stands shall work according to the maximum heights determined by Artkim.

These measurements, listed below, vary according to the particular exhibition hall.

In order to avoid problems during implementation, stand projects must be approved by Artkim. No construction will be permitted to exceed maximum heights and no flags, signs or other materials will be allowed to exceed these heights. If this rule should be violated despite a warning by Artkim, the participant shall immediately remove the elements that are in breach. Should the participant fail to comply, the elements causing the violation shall be removed/eliminated by Artkim and the costs of the procedure shall be invoiced to the participant responsible. The participant shall be required to pay the amount of the invoice in cash.

Standard
Stand Installations The standard stand is the system rented by ARTKIM FUARCILIK to the participating company for the duration of the fair. It is a structure that is 2.48m high with white aluminum profiles marking its borders. Companies using standard stands may not drill holes, drive nails or staples in any of the parts of the stand such as the panelling and profiles. No adhesive material may be used other than double-sided tapes.

ARTKIM FUARCILIK shall supply, for once only, a standard sign and stand number to be displayed on the front of stands and on sides facing the corridors. Subsequent change may not be made to these. Companies may not, under any circumstances whatsoever, paste signs, logos, etc. on the front of standard stands. Standard stand 1m2 unit price: Euro 30 + VAT Payment: The standard stand installation price shall be paid at the execution of the contract.

Specially Decorated Stands
Companies that will prepare their own stand systems should design their stands so that they are inside the boundaries of the designated stand area and in the air space belonging to that area. In addition, companies constructing special stands should take the stand boxes to which ground electricity and water connections shall be made, into consideration. The use of welding, spray paint and environmentally harmful instruments during stand decoration is prohibited. Stand areas may not overflow into neighboring stands or corridors. Stand walls and ceiling construction may not be anchored to the floor. Only double-sided tape may be used in laying out carpeting and similar materials on the floor. These tapes must be cleaned up during the dismantling of the stand. Based on the power previously requested by the participant company, ARTKIM FUARCILIK shall provide participant companies with electrical power in the form of outlets or connectors installed in any part of the stand. The company will achieve electricity distribution and lighting with its own means.

Two-tier Stands:
Only companies participating with special stands may ask for a two-tier stand. These requests must be specified in the contract. Stand areas under 60 m2 shall not be allowed to make two-tier installations. Two-tier Stand Height: 7m.The top point of the stand shall not be over 6m.

Neighboring Stands:
In order to avoid incompatibilities with neighboring stands, such neighbors may contact each other beforehand. A company with a stand that is higher than a neighboring stand must paint the side looking onto the other stand and keep it clean.

Extra Stand Materials :
ARTKIM FUARCILIK shall deliver extra stand materials to the participating company at prices determined for standard and special stands. Any other extra materials needed may be obtained from ARTKIM FUARCILIK or any other company for a fee.

Stand Decoration :
The interior decoration of the stands, exhibition of products and all related costs are the responsibility of the companies participating at the fair. The participant is required to have its stand decoration project and structural plans indicating compliance with fair dimensions and arrangements approved by ARTKIM FUARCILIK at latest by 1st October 2010.

Stand Installation
A period of 2.5 days has been allotted to participating companies for their stand interior decoration installations (from 4th October 2010 03:00 pm to 7th October 2010 8:00 pm . Since the Fair will open on 7th October 2010, participating companies should have their stand interior decoration completed at the latest by 12:00 am on 6th October 2010. ARTKIM FUARCILIK has the right to intervene in the case of companies that have not completed this task by the end of the designated period. Interior decoration work should be completed outside of the fair area and only installation and finishing touches should be left for this 2.5-day period. Only manual instruments may be used in installation inside the fairgrounds. Planers and saws that leave behind and disperse sawdust and dust may not be used. For fire safety, the fire boxes within the stand cabinets should not be obstructed and floor plans should allow access to these fire boxes at all times. Fire boxes are not to be covered with any type of material. The location of fire boxes has been specified in the stand plan. The participant is required to start stand installation on the date notified in writing by ARTKIM FUARCILIK, and to complete its stand installation by 12:00 am on 6th October 2010 at the latest.

6th October 2010 from 9:00 am until 8:00 pm.

DISMANTLING OF STANDS
Companies participating in the fair with standard stands are required to remove all exhibited products, equipment, furniture and other materials from the stand between 07 pm 10th October and 11 am on 11th October 2010. Companies participating with special stands must have all stand materials removed by 14:00 pm on 11th October 2010. The participant must turn the stand back over to ARTKIM FUARCILIK in as clean a condition as when it was first delivered. In the case of stands that have not been emptied during the indicated period, ARTKIM FUARCILIK shall not only be free to remove products and other materials from the stand without warning but may do so without being obliged to deliver these materials to the company in question. In addition, removal costs shall be invoiced and the participant shall not have the right to make any claims against ARTKIM FUARCILIK because of this.
