Business Overview
Abu Dhabi is the wealthiest city of UAE. The city is has the second highest Gross domestic product (per capita) in the world. The economy of Abu Dhabi is growing at a very fast pace. The major reason behind this rapid growth has been the abundance of oil resources. Oil form is a giant contributor to the economic development of UAE.

Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC):
The Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) is a world class exhibition center manged by the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company. The Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre boasts of being the most advanced exhibition centre in the whole world. The venue was inaugrated on 18th February, 2007. The major events organized at the center are Abu Dhabi Book Fair, IDEX and ADIPEC. The center has a total of 11 Halls occupying an area 55,000 square meters. The venue is also the largest and the most popular exhibition center in whole middle east. The center has hosted a variety of events ranging from trade shows, exhibitions and trade fairs.

Major Commercial Areas
Industrial City of Abu Dhabi (ICAD):
The Industrial City of Abu Dhabi (ICAD) provides all the basic services and infrastructure for development of business offices. The ICAD covers a total area of around 24 Sq Km. This commercial area is located north of the marine canal. The ICAD is situated at a distance of a mere 25 Km from Abu Dhabi International Airport. The aim behind setting up of IDAC was to provide suitable land/areas for factories, to promote business investments in the city and to unite all business firms at a single place to increase the mutual coordination.
