Major Commercial Areas
Midtown Miami:
Midtown Miami is located north of Downtown and south of the Design District. Midtown Miami is the major commercial area of city. Wynwood and Edgewater are sub-districts of Midtown. Wynwood is also known as "arts district" and it is home to Florida's most famous artist studios and fashion houses. The northern side of Midtown is home to Shops at Midtown, an outdoor shopping area which is home to many national retail chains.
