The Springfield Swap Meet & Car Show Spring event will be held May 25-27, 2012. Spectator hours are Friday Saturday 7am-6pm, and Sunday 7am-4pm. The event is being held at the Clark County Fairgrounds in Springfield.

Illinois State Fair will be welcoming the visitors with a distinct and unique daily theme that will be involving anything from agriculture to arts and crafts to food and bakery to musical talent shows. What is special about this state fair is the presence of a number of a stall built with the form and content of a museum, displaying the historical development of the state over the years. Also to be a part of this event will be grandstand entertainment programs, carnival rides, trade and consumer exhibits as well as cooking competitions, which adds element of fun and frills to the fair.
Illinois State Fair will be a delightful fair, which will take place for a period of ten days with the aim of bringing together the entire commercial and consumer community of the state and increase interaction among the traders.
