Harbin International Conference Exhibition & Sports Center was established in 1999. It is an assemblage center for Harbin, China and manages numerous conventions. In year 2007 the Center Cup of China figure skating competition was held here. The Harbin International Conference Exhibition and Sports Center has a total floor space of 63,000 square meters (about 700,000 square feet). Not only this it has a construction area of 51,000 sqm and a rink of 61sqm, with a seating capacity of 10,000. The supplementary amenities consists of twenty rooms, four athletes lounges, eleven athletes lounges, six technical officials and referees lounges, one medical room, one doping control room, and one press conference hall of 600 sqm.
