Free Medical Is Worth What You Pay For It.
It seems that everything that goes around, comes around. I say this because it was just a bit over 14 years ago that I began my quest to create the Winnipeg Wellness Expo. It all started when my wife at that time had a fall and was hurt quite badly. We instinctively sought out medical help and thus began the our learning curve. For nearly eight months we , the family watched as she was treated with pain killers, muscle relaxants and anti inflammatory drugs. The end result left her still unable to walk, work or hold intelligent conversations for nearly all of the eight months. As we told our story to friends and business associates, almost everyone had a referral to someone in the Alternative health area. Desperation and anxiety caused us to search out any and all options and as a result we spent nearly $3,000 trying anything that sounded reasonably sound and possible.
